  • Hourly rate: $150/hr

  • I will need to collect a non-refundable deposit of $106 ($100 +6% tax) in order to book the appointment and to hold appointment times. I accept this either through cash or card. Cash payments would be done in-person at the studio, and cards would be accepted via a payment link.

    **rescheduling is allowed if need be! I understand life happens. No refunds on deposits though. Just as a heads up, I don't send over designs ahead of time.

Thanks for your interest in getting tattooed by me! To better assist you in the booking process, I ask that everyone please fill out the Tattoo Request Form and send it to me via Instagram DM or text it to: 513-340-6102

    1. Are you a New or Existing client? (If existing, what have I tattooed on you?)

    2. How did you find me? (Instagram, google, friend referral, etc)

    3. First name, last name, phone number.

    4. Pronouns. (She/her, he/him, they/them)

    5. Tattoo description

    6. Approximate size and location of tattoo on body (in inches)

    7. Tattoo style? (Black & Grey / Color / Etc.)

    8. Best days for you to get tattooed? (My work days are any day between 11am-7pm, with some weekend days)

    9. Reference photos. Just enough to get your idea across... most clients let me have as much artistic freedom as possible. Allowing me to give you the best design, and tattoo that I can.

Once I receive your tattoo request, I will get back to you at my soonest convenience! Please be patient as I respond to all of my requests personally. I take care to thoughtfully look over each request. If I have accepted your request, I will provide you with a pricing quote and options for booking dates.
